Greetings Friends around the
world,
As you can see, this month's
newsletter was so important that we thought we needed to put it on the website.
What a month November has being.
I’m thinking particularly of three events. First there was Hurricane Mithch, the
deadliest Atlantic storm this century. Our prayers are with the brethren in
Central America. At press time the combined death toll numbered over
11,000-wow! That is an astounding number of souls, many of whom, never accepted
Christ as Lord and Savior. Please do whatever you can to help. Those of us
who've being through such diasters, truely know what the dear people are going
through. Secondly, Are you keenly aware that The United States of America was
literally minutes away from an attack on Iraq? Are you also aware, that Israel
had vowed to fight back if attacked? And how many of you know that Iraq would
have had allies in the Islamic community-to the brink of war, how close did we
come? Finally as you know, we've being telling you to support the Next
Millennium Seminars, now that they are over we invite you to obtain the tapes
of the meetings and use them as a witnessing tool to reach the thousands of
others who may not have heard these soul stirring messages.
SUNDAY'S COMIUNG

Newspapers around the country
emphasized the Pope's most recent apostolic letter, which calls for Sunday
worship. The Detroit News their article,” Pope’s Call for Worship
Welcomed."
Their article quoted a Catholic
woman who has being working a late shift on Saturday night as saying," I
want to go back to the old days when Sunday was the Lord's Day. I agree with
the Pope I want that life again." The article then quotes the director of
Call to Holiness, a Detroit lay group that promotes Catholicism, as saying,”
This appears to be the strongest words the Pope has ever issued.
Period."
In the Pope's letter he states t
hat any violator of the Sunday should be,” punished as a heretic."
Archbishop Geraldo Majella Angelo,
speaking on the part of the document which was dedicated to the Sunday Sabbath
issue stated,” We must say right away that the Holy Father has said nothing new
concerning the seriousness and the possible excuses regarding such
obligation... He reminds us what the Catechism of the Catholic says:’ Those who
deliberately fail in this obligation commit a grave sin’ (n.2181)."Ibid.
Bishop Piera Marini, who was
also with the Pope to explain the Apostolic Letter titled Dies Domini (The day
of the Lord), pointed out, "making Sunday holy, is placed above all in the
framework of the preparation for the Great Jubilee of the Year 2000...The Pope
indicates Sunday as a qualifying element of the identity of a Christian and of
the Church which is presented to the of the new millennium...The better one
celebrates Sunday,” he adds,” the better the Jubilee will be celebrated.” ibid.
In the letter, after discussing the current conception of Sunday as
simply being a part of the weekend, the Pope stated,” Sunday is something much
different; it is the weekly day in which the church celebrates the resurrection
of Christ...In obedience to the Third Commandment Sunday must be
sanctified."
Ready or not... Sunday IS
coming!!!

1991-"It is very easy for Americans to think that t he problems of the
Ayatollah Khomeini... are not problems that will ever be replicated here in the
United States. They think this country somehow at some point down the road won't
let things get out of hand. I think that's a very dangerous and false idea. All
you need to do is read the books and the writings of people like Randall Terry
[former] head of Operation Rescue. He's a man who wants to t transform America
on the basis of Biblical understanding that he and many people share. He's not
going to be satisfied by outlawing abortion because he will admit to an agenda
that's far more far-reaching than that."(Barry Lynn-ACLU)
"It is very easy for

Editor's note: Though there
hasn't being an open push in the United States for Sunday laws of any kind;
those of you in Europe who are reading this know that part of the European
Union there are clearly calls for Sunday-closing laws. Will there be a similar
push in America?
In light of these charges, what are the proponents of Sunday saying?
"I believe in the
volunteer way of worship and I do not believe there should ever be a state
church and therefore do not propound any kind of a civil religion. I appreciate
the freedom we have in our country and as I told you, I will do everything I
can to help maintain this freedom, which includes freedom of worship. It is
also completely foreign to me to be involved any kind of persecution with
anyone who disagreed with me on any subject including the day of worship...we
believe that the best way for people to worship as they should, is to worship
as t hey are led without any legislation forcing that worship or that day of
rest."(Jack P. Lowndes, Executive Director, The Lord's Day Alliance)
Ed. Note: The document (Dies Domini) speaks for itself. Nevertheless, what
would cause this or any other nation to issue a Sunday law? Would the LDA push
for it, if a state rejected a,"National Bible Week"?
The injunction
was at the request of the American Civil Liberties Union [ACLU], who argued
that the decree violated separation of church and state principles.
As you ma6y
recall from the October letter, our society is in a "smokescreen" mode,
that is in order for them to pass a law, they create a crisis. This tactic has
served them well. This is the modus operandi of the New World Order (learn
more about this by clicking on the HOPE INTERNATIONAL web site and read”
Earth’s Final Warning") and those who are preparing for a one-world government.
You may also remember that we talked about the fact that all the pieces are in
place, and that they only await a major crisis that will bring about the Sunday
law. Those of us who are students of the prophecies know, that when w see
headlines like
...That we
aught to know that the times are ahead when God's people and those who cherish freedom,
will be hunted down...we've long known that there will be a universal means of
tracking us.
The article goes on to say:
"The
super secret facility with no windows to the street or even any outside walls
was opened in a private ribbon cutting by former President Bush..." The article also mentions that among those on staff
at the center will be” a representative of the National Security Agency to
relay data from the governments electronic world-wide eavesdropping."
